Fall Mantel & Thanksgiving Cards

fall mantel, fireplace mantel, Thanksgiving

I love fall. Best time of the year, in my opinion. Silly thing is I have the least amount of decorations. Here's a look at what my mantel looks like this month. I'm hoping to score a few more barn-wood-type frames today to add. Fingers crossed.

And here are the Thanksgiving cards I made this year. underneath each is the name(s) of the Cricut cartridges I used to make them.

This is my favorite Thanksgiving card I made last year. I'm not going to renew my card site (I think it goes down next week) so I thought I'd share it here.

I had three new nieces born end of October/beginning of November and friends with babies too. So handmade baby gifts are happening here in large quantities. Starting Monday I'll be doing a baby week with baby gift ideas to share with you everyday. Hopefully you can get some inspiration.

  2. Beautiful cards! I love the turkey. I cut out one of those and used it for a magnet on my fridge. The barrel of leaves is my fav:) Great job. I saw your link over on Sew Many Ways.
