Rookie Mistake Take 1

Who knew you'd get to see my camera so much?

Since I am a total rookie at just about any DIY home improvement project there are going to be some mishaps. I thought we'd start a running count of my stupid moves..hopefully as time goes by they'll grow fewer and far between. Here is number one- While fixing the wall this afternoon I was figuring out how to set the can of spray texture at the lowest coverage setting. While doing so I accidentally (obviously, I don't do these things for kicks) sprayed it in my hair and a little on my face. Awesome.

We didn't dig the paint color we picked out (it doesn't even come close to matching the swatch) so I've just been putting the project off. Today I was without a car (I left my bag and keys in my husbands car, ugh) so I got a lot done. The desk just needs to be glazed, the mini bathroom makeover is about done, and the master bath is finally getting started. Wish me luck...obviously I'm gonna need it!
