Witch-tastic!

Let me tell you a secret-Halloween is probably my favorite holiday to decorate for. I don't know what it is about the color combinations of bright green, purple, orange and black, but I seriously LOVE it! I decided (without my husbands knowledge) that each year I would buy at least one new Halloween decoration so that one day I can be the crazy old lady that has her house and yard filled with all sorts of Halloween goodness...it's kind of like a dream of mine...Ahem, anyways, this year I decided to save money (snicker, snicker, ya right. It always ends up being twice what I imagine), and make my decoration.
A fun witchy Halloween wreath!
It is made with black, purple and orange tule tied around a foam wreath form, and then has sewn witchy legs attached to the bottom.
Needless to say, I adore it. But now I'm starting to wonder if I should make a little witchy hat to go on it some where...
What do you think?

  2. So cute!!! I want one too. :) The added witch hat would be cute but I think it rocks how it is. Did you sew the witch legs or chop them off of some poor witchy?

  6. This is really cute too! I actually have one that is pretty similar, but I added a sign that said, "Come In and Sit a Spell" maybe you do it with a witch's hat?
