Salted Caramel Cupcakes

Today's project was trying out a new recipe. I make a batch of salted caramel cupcakes. I found the recipe on Tidy Mom's site and she got the recipe from good ol' Martha. The frosting and the cupcake was pretty yummy but the caramel wasn't runny. I wanted the stringy caramel mess stinking to my lips! It was in the recipe to reheat the caramel if it hardens before you get it in the cupcakes so I assume I did it right. Next time I'd just squeeze some caramel syrup in the middles and call it good. :)

  2. OOooh, those look SO delicious! I wish I hadn't eaten half a pan of cookie bars yesterday . . . I don't know if I can justify more sweets today!
